The Dielectric boot is an insulating boot to give added protection against electric shock, capable of withstanding over 35KV on the sole and 20KV on the complete boot. Dielectric boots are extensively tested and conform to, or surpass, a wide range of International standards including the European standard for live working EN50321, EN ISO 20345 as well as the ASTM F2413-05, ASTM F1117-93, CSA Z195-02 standards.
All Dielectric boots are fitted with a unique oil resistant vulcanised rubber sole that gives excellent slip, wear and cut resistance. The Dielectric boot has a 200 Joule steel toe cap and conforms to EN ISO 20345 safety footwear standards. Every Dielectric boot is tested to EN50321 before leaving the factory.
