Refund Policy

Return of Goods -(On all disposable items/disposable item orders, these are non cancellable, non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable). No goods may be returned without the prior written consent of Homzar Ltd. Where Homzar Ltd consents to such return, the goods must be received from the customer in good condition, and the customer agrees to pay an administrative handling charge of 25% of the invoice value of the goods returned as well as any P&P costs which may incur. It is our normal practice to replace any merchandise which might reach customers in an unusable condition. In the event of queries/claims/damages or short delivery, notification must be given in writing within 5 days of delivery date. No handling charge will be made under these circumstances. It would help if goods which are being returned to us for examination prior to replacement, are thoroughly cleaned and adequately packed before dispatch. All returns to be made within 7 days of receipt unused and still in its original packaging.
